All sales are final. Our Single Class rate is $32. New Client Special, Class Packs and Memberships are offered at a discounted rate. All promotional rates have an expiration date and are noted in the description.
Please understand our LATE CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY.
**LATE CANCELLATION /NO SHOW POLICY**
If you are unable to attend, please cancel as a courtesy to others.
You will need to cancel at least 12 hours prior to your class to avoid losing your class credit. If you cancel within 8 hours of class you will be charged a $10 Late Cancellation Fee.
There is a $25 No Show Fee if you do not attend a booked class.
For Unlimited Monthly members, please be aware that there is a
$15 Late Cancellation Fee if you cancel within 12 hours of your class.
No late admittance to class. Your credit will not be refunded.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to the XFormer segment of class, you will be considered a No Show and be charged a $25 No Show Fee.
We do have a Waitlist option. If a desired class is booked to capacity, you may use the Waitlist option in the event there is a cancellation. All booking and class credit policies apply and you must manage your booking accordingly.
New Clients! We want this to be a fun experience but being a first timer can always be intimidating. No worries! We all have been there and welcome you. To make your first visit more enjoyable please note the following.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class. This allows the instructor time to introduce you to the machine and a chance to answer any questions you may have. You will not be allowed to take the class if you do not arrive early and your credit will not be refunded. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety and respect of others in class.
Bring grip socks! It is mandatory that all clients wear grip socks. No exceptions. We do sell a variety of socks for $18.
For the 60 minute HIIT Cardio Combo class bring running shoes for the treadmill portion. During the short transition time to the XFormer® you will be able to remove them for the remainder of the class. We suggest taking at least one XFormer® class prior to a treadmill class to get the best out of your workout. The running portion of the HIIT Cardio Combo class is optional. If you are not up for the running segment, simply show up to class 10 minutes after class start time for the remainder of class on the XFormer®.
Bring a water bottle. You will sweat. We do offer gym towels but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
As with any fitness method, please consult your physician before you take part in any exercise or fitness routine.
If you have no experience with this method, that is okay but expect to be a little confused. You may not understand all the cues and terms during class, but be assured, your instructor will be there to assist you. Be patient with yourself, and within a short time you will feel the difference and see results.
